See the updated proposals for
Nicholson Quarter.

The planning application for Nicholson Quarter was granted with unanimous approval in 2021, following 82% support from local residents, and since then the design team, led by Areli, has been refining the development proposals in conjunction with the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead (RBWM).

The Update Exhibition provided the opportunity for the community to see the updated proposals, talk to the design team and complete a questionnaire. The exhibition brochure can be seen below.

Following the exhibition, the Areli team are compiling and completing the updated proposals, and it is anticipated that construction will begin in early 2026.
